All sales are final for Fresh and Pressed Juice products. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Fresh and Pressed Juice is not responsible for orders once they have been picked up by UPS, and shipping dates are not guaranteed.
Fresh and Pressed Juice is not responsible for juices that are not properly stored once they arrive at the customer’s delivery address. We strongly recommend that customers check their juices upon arrival and report any issues promptly. Customers are responsible for inputting their correct delivery address at checkout, and we are not liable for nondelivery or late delivery of packages with incorrect addresses. In such cases, the customer will be charged in full for the order.
At Fresh and Pressed Juice, we take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. However, sometimes damage may occur during transit. If you receive a damaged order, please email us at store@freshandpressedjuice.com with clear images of the damage. Our staff will review the situation and, at their discretion, offer either a refund or replacement of the damaged items. Please note that refunds and replacements are made at our discretion, and we may request additional information or documentation to facilitate the process.
Returns and Exchanges
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds and exchanges.
- Please do not open sealed containers, juices, or items before purchasing. Sampling is allowed upon request.
- To receive the bottle return discount, juices must be purchased and returned on the next visit.
- If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll exchange it for an item of equal value or provide a refund.
- For smoothies, smoothie bowls, hot/cold beverages, and food items, complaints must be made within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof of purchase and item.
- For juices, complaints must be made within three days of purchase with valid proof of purchase and item(s).
- Glass bottles are available for juice cleanses at an additional charge.
Please note that Fresh and Pressed Juice cannot guarantee drastic results or rapid weight loss. Customers with health concerns should consult with their doctor before starting the cleanse. These cleanses are not intended for children.
